Oh boy!! This night just kept throwing us curve balls 😵💫 we went out to a late dinner and on our way home we got an alert that our area of town had a complete power outage 😵💫 We weren’t able to get into our house because garage openers don’t work if the power is out 🥲 We ended up having to sit in our car (in complete darkness) until the power finally came back on at 1130pm 😵💫 we ended up putting a movie on in the car for Laila while Beau slept! Once we were finally able to get inside we rushed to put the kids to bed. I knew decorating would take forever BUT there was no way she was going to wake up on her birthday without a surprise 🥹 Decorating took almost 2 hours and of course I got a migraine part way through 😮💨🥴 BUT I was determined to make it special for her haha! Her reaction in the morning made EVERYTHING worth it 🥹 I live for that look of wonder and excitement on their little faces 🥹 We had the best day celebrating ours girl’s 5th party!
