let me start with there is no wrong answer here. This is simply just for reflection. Where in your life are you operating from disconnection? Survival? Auto pilot? No need to fully analyze it, unless you would like to. The awareness and realization is the first step to healing and taking action. no, I want you to write down which part of life are coming from disconnection and not devotion. Autopilot instead of presence. And so on. After you write them down, Please give gratitude and thanks to your body for going through life doing things like digesting your food, being able to walk, sleeping, bowel movements, and things that we don’t usually even think about. Those are the moments that we shouldn’t take for granted. now, take those moments & sit with them. think back, when did the disconnection begin? what was going on in life when you became disconnected? where do you want to be and what do you want life to look and feel like in those areas? what would it take to get there? write it all down. no need to share anything in the comments, but take this exercise and bring it to your heart. let yourself feel it in your body. with love, sam #reflection #journaling #identityshift #movingthroughlife #explorepage
